How long will my order take?
Shipments to mainland Spain are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours and take between 1 and 7 business days.
Shipments to islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours and take between 5 and 10 business days.
International shipments are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours and take between 5 and 10 business days.
How can I track my cap?
You will receive an email when you purchase your new Joylife Company cap with your order details and another email with shipping confirmation when your package leaves our workshops. There you will have all the details to track your order. For more information, or if you have any problems, you can contact us.
Can I make exchanges?
Yes, you have 14 business days for exchanges or returns. You can see all conditions here. If you wish to make an exchange or return, you must notify us by private message on Instagram, Facebook or Whatsapp or by email to info@joylifeco.com.
What happens if I receive a defective cap?
All our products undergo exhaustive quality control before leaving our workshops. Even so, if you notice any defect in your product, please notify us and send us photos through our Facebook profile.
Is it safe to make a purchase on this website?
Making a purchase at www.joylifeco.com is completely safe, which is why we offer payment through Paypal, and cards that have the guarantee of Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code protocols. In addition, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it.
