How long will my order take?

All our orders are processed at the time of receipt, except on holidays. The shipping time for a cap is between 1 and 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not apply).

How can I track my cap?

You will receive an email when you buy your new Joylife Company cap with the details of your order and another email with the shipping confirmation when your package leaves our workshops. There you will have all the details to track your order. For more information, or if you have a problem, you can contact us.

Can changes be made?

Yes, you have 14 business days for changes or returns. You can see all the conditions here. If you want to make a change or return you must notify us by private message on Facebook or Whatsapp.

What happens if I receive a defective cap?

All our products pass an exhaustive quality control before leaving our workshops. Even so, if you notice any defect in your product, please let us know and send us photos through our Facebook profile.

Is it safe to make a purchase on this website?

Making a purchase at www.joylifeco.com is completely secure, which is why we offer payment through Paypal, and cards that have the guarantee of the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code protocols. In addition, if you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have a period of 14 days to return it.
