Shipments to the Peninsula take between 1 and 7 working days.
Shipments to islands (Canary and Balearic Islands) between 5 and 10 working days.

Changes

We accept changes in products. The client has 14 business days and must bear the shipping costs both for the collection of the product to be returned and for the shipment of the new one. All conditions are specified in the legal aspects.

LEGAL ASPECTS

Right of withdrawal

Returns for manufacturing defects.

 The User may return to JOYLIFE, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify JOYLIFE of his lack of conformity with them. If said period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.

The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact JOYLIFE at the email joylifecompany@gmail.com indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, JOYLIFE reserves the right to deny the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, JOYLIFE will give the User the possibility to replace the product with another with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for JOYLIFE.

In the event that due to lack of stock it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with identical characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.

The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, JOYLIFE will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

JOYLIFE informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product.

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to JOYLIFE, whether he returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products in the order.

JOYLIFE is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this sense, JOYLIFE recommends the User to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the JOYLIFE offices, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered. correctly to JOYLIFE.

The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed directly by the User.

The product must be found unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that JOYLIFE may deny the return.

Once JOYLIFE verifies that the order is in good condition, JOYLIFE will proceed to refund the amount, deducting shipping costs.

JOYLIFE informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product. In any case, JOYLIFE will return the amounts paid as soon as possible.

 

Product Change Policy

JOYLIFE accepts the exchange of a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
